Most overrated occupation

Top of the list, Pilots. What makes their job so highly paid, i can never understand. For doctors and lawyers, these people have undoubtedly the brightest brain if they had graduated from decent university.  We of course wouldn’t trust doctors who graduated from Kakatiya university.

Bottom of the list would be scientist.  Working in a government funded research institute, Some of the world’s most brilliant mind are located here. These are people would can solve complex calculus just by using their brain without paper pen and computer. Impressive? Certainly but yet their average pay may not be high in comparison unless of course you are a very successful scientist.

So how are pilots chosen? I am talking about commercial pilots not fighter plane pilots(who are of course in a different league).  I am sure half the people in my office have the brains so what makes some people qualified and some not?  How do you justify the insane amount they earn? because they are accountable for hundreds of lives? A bus driver also accounts for lives in their bus. The “high amount of intelligence” require to push buttons? to flick switches? Yes i do not know how to fly a plane, well actually i can :p in a simulator muahahha, but likewise not everyone can program.  Doctors require immerse amount of knowledge, lawyers need to know the law and these are courses where only the brightest can get in. They have my respect, working long hours but pilots, I am sorry, overrated.

Plastic surgery

This is just making fun of some poor unsuspecting aunty. Back in perth who ever did this prank will have to pay a very hefty price cause they will probably get their ass sued.

Here, everyone sues everyone and every dog sues every cat. Why? cause its a great way to earn money. A burglar can invade your house, trip because you left some wire cord dangling and sue the daylight out of you.  They can come into your house and if you beat the shit out of him, you can get sued. Seriously, come on, its my fuking property. if you want to rob my house, at least let me break your legs.

My step sister trip on a tread mill and broke her back. As it turns out there was a screw loose on the mill when she trip which has nothing to do with her tripping. She sued the gym and was compensated 600G. Holy cow, she probably won’t even earn that kinda money in her lifetime.

Dawn vs xiaxue, that was funny too. Maybe I don’t earn that kind of money Dawn does where she can comfortably take out 10k or more for a lawsuit but it sure is funny when the truth came out. Her aggressive response made me believe she was innocent, I mean why else would you risk that amount of money? 10k man, assuming its 10k, will take me months to save up.  Its not easy.  If it takes me 2 month, that will be 1/6 of a year, 2/3 of a quater 🙂

Seriously whats the big deal with plastic surgery? are you ashame? Guys  don’t really care as long as they like what they see in front of them, i mean if its just for fuking.  But then again looks doesn’t last forever. There will always be someone younger and prettier and sadly any guy in the world can fuk pretty looking girls. They just have to pay :p. To attract man who will genuinely be nice to you, its all about who you are cause one day when you are 50 and withering, whether a man choose to stay cause he cares for you or leaves for someone younger hotter and prettier will be all about your personality.

I read this from a blog somewhere that when the writer was walking in Orchard road, he saw a really pretty girl walked pass. He gave her a smile and her response was a look of utter disgust. He then approached her and she was expecting him to be asking for her number but instead he ask her, how much one night. LOL.

Her response was not for sale and he replied with I have fuked prettier for 100. Ouch but yet o so true LOL. All these made possible by our friendly neighbour prostitute.

Bored yet excited

Bored cause what did i do over the weekend? NOTHING, played some games and thats about it. Excited, why? no not because i struck lottery, fuck i wish i did. one powerball and i am out of here. Excited cause i am going back to singapore.  IN MARCH!!! i know i know, still a long way to go but fuck, at least its still something to look forward to.  Normally i would stay with my sister but since she moved in with her in law, I find it inappropriate to stay there for too many days. I like to spend some time with my sister though so i m dedicating the first 2 days with her 🙂

I m staying in goodwood park hotel.  I was deciding between pan pacific or goodwood since their price are roughly the same, goodwood slightly cheaper but i decided to go with goodwood for various reason.

1 is location; secondly is i see this hotel all the time when we go into orchard and also they won the christmas lighting quite a few times in the past. So its a hotel that I know and yet do not know but it is definitely a iconic place for me. I always keep a look out for this hotel in the past when i took the bus into orchard cause that would meant I am close to my destination.

I have been back singapore for a brief 1 or 2 days last year but this trip it feels like i  am going back for a actually holiday. Eating, shopping and going places I have not been before. I know its hard to believe since I live in sg for 15 years but there are alot of place I have yet to visit.

Honestly singapore is a place you love and hate. I hate sg because of its people.  Contractive right? I am afterall singaporean as well but singapore is such a competitive place, competitive but not in a good way. Competitive because every tom dick and harry is like trying to judge you, see who drives a nicer car, nicer condo, how much u earn, your wife etc. FUCK THAT.  They have eyes so high above their forehead you would think they are checking out their dick sticking out of their head.

Secondly, their language. I can’t stop emphazing this. SINGLIST IS NOT COOL, stop promoting it. So many people are so proud of their singlish they don’t hear themself at times. It seriously annoys the crap outta me.  I recall hearing a conversation between 2 sg  which goes something like this.

Sg1; real  ly? don’t bei deh lah

Sg2: he told me want but i also not sure true or not?

Sg1: aiyo, if real    ly   like that, den he steady lah.

My god. I feel like turning around and slap them.  Yes, people say its part of their culture but there is good culture and there is bad culture. Its like whats the typical stereotype impression sg girls thinks of china girls?  well, alot of things they do are part of their culture which may gives others a bad impression. likewise singlish culture gives others a “dumb fuck impression”

Do you know why the government was promoting “speak more mandarin”? Thats because even the government can’t stand hearing singlish everywhere. Either you speak proper english or you fucking go speak mandarin.
